This contract consisted of the partial demolition of an existing single storey study, and construction of a new single storey extension, as well as the refurbishment of the dining room to provide a split-level link between the main house and coach house. This architect-designed project has many features and has been completed to an exceptionally high standard to ensure the client’s satisfaction.

The coach house was re-roofed and partially refurbished to provide a master bedroom and en-suite. We did extensive alterations to rear garden including a new pond and patio area.

Substantial refurbishment to male and female toilets, converting into unisex toilets. Complete new fitting out including flooring, sanitaryware, cubicles, flooring and decorations.

This was a major project replacing the substantial curtain walling to the aged building transferring it radically both aesthetically and thermally.

This is a very attractive classroom extension designed sympathetically to match the existing school in collaboration with Listed Building Officer.

Substantial structural alterations and refurbishment of existing dated male and female toilets, converting into unisex toilets and creating an open plan feeling to the previously dark narrow corridors. The clever design created a user friendly, safe environment for the pupils and included new fitting out including flooring, sanitaryware, cubicles, flooring and decorations.

An early 1920’s property in a sought after area succumbed to a total refurbishment and modernisation whilst maintaining it’s period characteristics from the roadside. The house was substantially extended and altered internally complete with new plumbing and heating, electrics and grey water recycling system.

Externally it was re-roofed new triple glazed hardwood doors to the front and side, and aluminium Velfac frames to the rear complete with juliet balcony. Raise terrace to rear with glass balustrading and substantial landscaping.

This project consisted of a substantial extension and alterations to the existing house complete with the whole house cladded externally with attractive cedar boarding. All with the client in residence throughout the works.

This wonderful listed building has been completely refurbished. The work we carried out included:

  • New thatch roofing
  • Formation of new dormer window to front
  • A new bathroom Internal alterations
  • A new heating system
  • Rewiring
  • New extensive kitchen
  • 3 storey extension to the side including a basement, ground floor utility room/cloakroom and first floor bedroom and en-suite.

Our talented team was able to undertake an extensive re-grading of the gardens, and construct a new retaining wall, terrace, and driveway. All of this was finished to only the highest of standards.

The result? An extremely happy client and one very attractive cottage!

A new ground floor classroom and first floor science laboratory was created within the stage of the main hall. The stage was stripped out and a mezzanine floor constructed making use of the little used two storey stage area.

The play area was one of two contracts carried out simultaneously over a summer holiday. The courtyard works consisted of major groundworks and alterations to existing levels, working alongside the nominated sports equipment supplier to create a safe play environment and external facade improvements to the school along with improved safeguarding.

A lovely end extension to an existing Tudor style house to create a dining room and bedroom above. Sympathetically designed and constructed in keeping with the existing house.

In collaboration with shop fitters for the shop refit, we carried out substantial structural alterations but the most interesting part was the rendering of the commercial pizza over and the sticking of 1p and 2p’s to the external face of the oven.
